HostorAI (hostorai.com) is an AI-assisted event planning tool that generates menus, drink estimates, and shopping lists for private events. It is currently in early access and provided as-is without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to send unsolicited bulk email
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
• Use outputs to mislead or harm others
• Impersonate HostorAI or any other person or organisation

AI-generated content

Menus, quantities, and cost estimates are generated by AI and are provided for guidance only. Always verify quantities and costs before purchasing. HostorAI accepts no liability for errors in AI-generated outputs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HostorAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to purchasing decisions made on the basis of our estimates.

Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice, particularly during the early-access period. We will make reasonable efforts to notify waitlist members of any significant changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
